The Organization
The Transformation Exchange is a Limited Liability Corporation and consulting firm providing technical resources and tools for capacity building in the non-profit, human services, and social justice arenas.
We focus our efforts on those organizations and advocates that provide direct services to Wake County community members experiencing poverty and crisis. Although our geographic concentration is Wake County, we welcome all neighbors who serve as “boots on the ground” and may be seeking resources.

Agencies and Non-profit Service Providers
Recruit partnering organizations and ministries to fill gaps in human services
Build partnerships between organizations with like goals to leverage collaborative opportunities including grant teaming, program development, and the provision of services
Develop community outreach and public involvement plans
Design and promote community-based events to raise public awareness
Design and coordinate training on relevant community challenges
Provide technical writing for program and process development
Faith-based Organizations
Strengthen ministries by connecting service providers working in relevant mission fields
Provide and coordinate educational programs and events around human services and social justice
Connect volunteer opportunities
Assist administrative staff with referral processes and resource navigation
Disseminate information on community activities, services, and programming tailored to the needs of the congregants
